When you create new modules, they are added to the popup menu of modules in the order they were created. At some point, you might want to rearrange this menu, so that related modules are next to each other, or so the modules are in alphabetical order. To do this, first select “Sort this menu...” at the bottom of the modules popup menu:

A new window will appear:

In this window you can rearrange the modules any way you like, simply by clicking on module names and dragging them to a new position in the list.
When you click on a module title, it becomes hilited to show that it is selected. You can select multiple module names at once by command-clicking to select individual modules, or shift-clicking to select a range of modules. If multiple modules are selected, all of them will be moved to the new location when you click and drag.
You can have the modules sorted in alphabetical order by clicking the “Alphabetize” button. If no module names are hilited when you do this, then the whole list will be sorted alphabetically. If you have two or more module names selected, only the hilited modules will be alphabetized.
You can also insert divider lines into the menu, to separate modules into groups. Click the “Insert Divider...” button, and then click the point in the list where you would like the divider line inserted. A line will appear between two items in the window’s list. To remove an existing divider line, click once on the line to select it, and then click the “Remove Divider” button. You can also move a divider line by clicking and dragging it, just like any of the module titles. The illustration below shows the module popup menu with a divider line added to it.
